Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Article 1 — Prohibited Products & Content

All storefronts deployed across Hivendly must adhere strictly to international consumer safety, copyright, and commercial laws. Storefronts are prohibited from listing:

• Counterfeit merchandise, replica goods, or trademark-infringing apparel.
• Illegal weapons, munitions, explosives, or hazardous chemicals.
• Narcotics, prescription pharmaceuticals without licensing, or controlled substances.
• Child exploitation material, non-consensual imagery, or violent extremism content.
• Unregulated financial schemes, unauthorized forex/crypto investments, or pyramid structures.
• Fraudulent or stolen identity documents, payment cards, or cracked software credentials.

Article 2 — Technical Abuse & System Security

Merchants and store visitors must not conduct denial-of-service (DDoS) simulations, vulnerability probing, automated unauthorized scraping, or malware distribution against the platform infrastructure.

Article 3 — Enforcement & Immediate Suspension

SHARPEFY LTD reserves the right to immediately freeze storefront domains and report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities upon receipt of credible infringement notices or unlawful conduct.
