Article 1 — Service Operator & Corporate Identity

The Hivendly platform, websites (*.hivendly.com), and associated multi-tenant SaaS e-commerce infrastructure are owned, edited, and operated exclusively by SHARPEFY LTD, a private company limited by shares incorporated under the laws of England and Wales.

Article 2 — Technical Hosting & Infrastructure

All core Hivendly databases, applications, and store services are hosted securely within European Union data centers:

Primary Cloud Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg / AWS Europe Paris eu-west-3) and Google Cloud Platform Ireland Limited.
Content Delivery Network & Cyber Security: Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) providing SSL encryption, edge caching, and DDoS defense.

Article 3 — European Union Representatives

Pursuant to Article 27 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (EU GDPR) and Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act - DSA), non-EU established entity SHARPEFY LTD maintains designated representation within the European Union for data subjects and regulatory authorities.

Article 4 — Intellectual Property Rights

All software architectures, database schemas, APIs, source codes, proprietary interfaces, graphical brand assets, and documentation related to the Hivendly platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of SHARPEFY LTD. Any unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, scraping, or extraction is strictly prohibited under international copyright conventions.

Merchant store owners retain 100% intellectual property ownership over their respective catalog listings, uploaded brand media, and customer order records.

Article 5 — Governing Law

This Legal Notice is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory public regulations applicable in the merchant's jurisdiction.
