Article 1 — Legal Status & Designated Single Contact Point

In accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA), SHARPEFY LTD provides a dedicated single point of contact for electronic communications with European authorities, the European Board for Digital Services, and store visitors:

Article 2 — Notice & Action Mechanism (Illegal Content Reporting)

Any individual or institutional entity may submit a formal notification regarding allegedly illegal goods or content hosted on a Hivendly tenant storefront. Reports must include:

• Specific storefront URL pointing directly to the item or page.
• Detailed factual explanation substantiating why the material is deemed unlawful.
• Notifier identification (name, organization, and contact email).
• Good-faith statement confirming accuracy of the notification.

Submit notices directly to dsa@hivendly.com with acknowledgment dispatched within 48 hours.
